"Working with Varsity Time helped TaskUs communicate our culture and value proposition resulting in an increased win rate on opportunities proposed in 2021. On top of that, we saw an amazing reaction to the vibrancy and passion from our global workforce."
"I would recommend Varsity Time to anyone who needs to take complicated messaging and simplify it for a broader audience in a impactful way. They are a great partner for that scenario."

We know the in-house struggles because we’ve been there. We know the agency struggles because we’ve been there too.
We’ve been in your shoes and understand how to support you from afar. We think and act like we are on your team, by your side. We are far more approachable than most agencies who have never worked a day on an in-house team. We will be your biggest advocates.
We are happy to help you build the way that works best for you. We can support your team or use members of our own to fill in your gaps. It's a bespoke model that works for all.
We strategize and distill ideas into tangible and effective realities. We are experts at communicating an idea visually and then working with top design talent to bring the creative to life in your vision.
Many agencies have strict retainer policies with no room to adapt. We understand that workloads change by the day. We can scale up and scale down with you as you need us to.
We want you to get the most out of the relationship — we are not interested in just filling the hours. We want to be there for you when you need us most.
As an athlete, I’ve always felt that the effects of being deeply involved in athletics spread well beyond physical well-being. If you are doing it right, the benefits last a lifetime. The first part of my life was spent in the pool training, on the block competing, and on the podium, but I learned more from being coached and from coaching than I did from winning.
The second half of my life has been dedicated to applying what I learned in the first half of my life to the world of business: how to work as a team, how to lead, when to follow, how to build, how to grow, how to evolve, how to stand out. I’ve always been a creative and a strategist, and this is the point where I want to bring all of that together with a trusted and talented team whose mission is to help organizations reach their potential and play up.
The Varsity Time team comprises talent from many of the in-house teams I have built throughout my career. We are a close-knit group of artists, writers, journalists, designers, and athletes, who are ready to help you develop your bespoke brand.
We do impactful work, with great people, for companies that want to outperform.
We are motivated by authenticity. We thrive on doing honest work for honest people.
It’s in our DNA. We work hard to get the results you need.
Surround yourself with people you want to work hard for and expect them to push you to your limits in return.
Make sure you understand what it means to ‘win.’ It may not always be first place. Life is more complicated than that.
We don’t like cheaters or the jealous type. Compete for what you want — the right way.
Remember how you got to where you are today and how you want to be remembered when you are gone.

Luke began his career as an in-house designer, building the brand that powered fast-growing Coyote Logistics. He left his mark on every touchpoint of the customer and employee experience, across collateral design, website design, campaigns, illustration, advertising, merchandise, and so much more.
While in-house, Luke also ran his namesake creative studio, Previs Design LLC, partnering with small businesses to multimillion-dollar firms across retail, real estate, facilities maintenance, and more to help them build their brands and live them through design.
Luke grew up in a tiny Indiana lake town, where he competed as a wrestler from kindergarten to his early 20s. Wrestling taught him the value of hard work and respect, and to push past perceived limitations, and he brings this resolve to his work to this day.
Luke earned his undergraduate degree in visual communication from Purdue University and has a deep passion for graphic design, branding, and digital experiences.
